Ghanaian business mogul, Ibrahim Mahama has slapped Lawyer Maurice Ampaw and Wontumi Communications Limited in Accra Hight Court for defamation.
The Chief Executive Officer, Writ of summon was filed by his lawyer Reindorf Twumasi in the Accra Hight Court.
The Plaintiff is demanding of 3 million Ghana Cedis against the two defendants for publishing false statements which is malicious about Mr. Ibrahim Mahama.
The lawyer, Reindorf Twumasi Claimed in the file that Maurice Ampaw made the state which Wontumi television published that Mr.Ibrahim company has combined total staff strength of over 3000 employees and it’s a liability to the state.
And also claimed Mr. Ibrahim by means of fraud acquired a bauxite agreement is a malicious state to the business mogul.
