MTN Ghana has been ordered to pay ¢110,000 by the National Communications Authority (NCA) as a fine for their poor service in recent times and slashing their data packages which caused a huge public outcry just few days ago.

The NCA was forced to bring down their disciplinary hammer on the head of MTN following agitation from by customers who were unable load bundles PLUS the exorbitant charges for their data bundles.

The regulatory body has further asked customers to forward all their complaints to their outfit if they still encounter problems after the sanctions.
