Former TV3 and Multimedia employee, MzGee has slammed those taking a swipe at her over the viral leaked audiotape that captured veteran Ghanaian actor Psalm Adjeteyfio begging for food.
The former lead character of the hit TV serial drama Taxi Driver was heard saying he was almost back to square one despite the help he had from well-meaning Ghanaians including the huge ₵50,000 from the Vice President of Ghana.
Furthermore, he said other benevolent people who wanted to come to his aid withdrew their help when Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia stepped in, and presently he’s almost wallowing in the same old penury for which reason he wants MzGee (who first brought his predicament to the fore) to help him with some food.
This caused waves of reactions online prompting former GhOne TV presenter, Amanda Jissih to blast MzGee for recording and leaking a private conversation she had with the aging actor.
Amanda has retorted; “He asked for leftovers and you decided to record him? What for? This is wrong Mzgee. He confided in you. If you cant help him, let him know n end it right there.” she wrote.
MzGee however denied having no knowledge of the leaked audio while responding to the critics. She said;
“Ghana! Herrrh! Christ me! We forget too easily! Same me, who broke story of T.T’s predicament, almost a year ago? Same me, who put my reputation on the line and appealed for funds for T.T, almost year ago, leak our private conversation? How gullible can I be but it is well!
