A throwback photo of the current First Lady of Ghana, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo has surface on the internet with Ghanaians reacting to it.

Rebecca Akufo-Addo was born on the 12th of March 1951 and have been married to the current president of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for 23 years and in 2017 they celebrated their 20th Anniversary with five daughters.
