Fire has ravaged the dormitory of over 300 students of Oppong Memorial Senior High School at Kokofu in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.
There were however no casualties following the unfortunate incident. Students were in class at the time of the blaze which, however, destroyed education materials and other properties.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
The headmaster of the school, Prince Charles described the situation as a big blow as he laments the school already faces acute accommodation and classroom deficit.
