Following Lionel Messi’s decision to officially join the Paris-based football team, Paris Saint-German, the team’s official Instagram page has gained 2 million extra followers.

Recall, the Argentinean footballer officially joined PSG after his exit from Barcelona FC due to circumstances beyond his control.

Fabrizio Romano, an international and recognized football journalist, declared on social media that he had completed his move to PSG.

Taking to his Twitter, he wrote; “Lionel Messi joins PSG… HERE WE GO! Total agreement completed on a two-years contract. Option to extend until June 2024. Salary around €35m net per season add ons included. Messi has defin itely accepted PSG contract proposal and will be in Paris in the next hours.”

Well, since Lionel Messi happens to be one of the best footballers in the world and has spent most of his years contributing to the game, it is no wonder his decision to join PSG has already started making impact on the team.

In a latest development, PSG’s official Instagram page has gained 2 million extra followers few moments after Messi’s signing.

In other news, Ghanaian content creator who doubles as a professional teacher, Michael Owusu Afriyie, well known as Teacher Kwadwo is to appear before the Ghana Education Service’s disciplinary committee over misconduct.

Teacher Kwadwo has been lamenting on the poor conditions of some rural schools and how the committee has been treating some teachers for reasons better known to them.

Recall, he complained about the lack of infrastructures in some rural communities, saying that students do not have the comfort they need to focus on their education due to the poor nature of some of the structures in some communities.
