Who Are Quando Rondo Parents?
Quando Rondo was born to his parents in Savannah, Georgia, United States. His father is said to have been imprisoned most of the time while his mother was a drug addict. His parents’ names are unknown to us at this time.
Since he was born into such unfavorable circumstances, Rondo was placed for adoption. Having been raised in an orphanage, the rapper had it tough growing up, being exposed early to a life of crime and becoming involved in gang violence as a young boy, eventually ending up in juvenile detention centers
Bowman adopted his stage name ‘Quando Rondo’ in 2017. As of this writing (Thursday, December 14, 2023), Quando Rondo is signed to Never Broke Again and Atlantic Records.
He became known following the release of his song “I Remember” featuring Lil Baby in January 2018. He then dropped three mixtapes; Life B4 Fame (2018), Life After Fame (2018), and From the Neighborhood to the Stage (2019).
On January 10, 2020, Rondo released his debut studio album, “QPac”. Five singles preceded the album, Just Keep Going, Double C’s, Marvelous, Collect Calls, and Bad Vibe.
Since the rapper’s rise to fame in 2018, he has been involved in a myriad of legal issues. The rapper is in the media spotlight again following his arrest on Saturday, December 9, 2023.
The 24-year-old was arrested in his hometown of Savannah on Saturday. He has reportedly been charged with conspiring with others to possess and distribute drugs including methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine, and marijuana.
Reports claim Rondo could face up to two decades in prison if found guilty. The rapper was already facing state gang and drugs charges in George over a separate arrest earlier this year.
He has been charged with 14 counts in total including possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, and conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery
He’s also accused of being part of a drug trafficking ring from 2021 and is currently being held in a federal facility in Brunswick. He has yet to be granted bail”
In 2020, he and his crew were involved in an altercation with King Von and members of his crew outside an Atlanta nightclub that resulted in Von being shot to death.
Rondo has repeatedly stated that he and his crew were acting in self-defense and has publicly supported Lul Timm, who was charged with Von’s murder before the case was dropped earlier this year.
Rondo was involved in another shooting in 2022 and while he escaped unharmed, his friend Lul Pab was killed.
