R’Bonney Gabriel Parents: Meet Remigio and Dana – R’Bonney Nola Gabriel is a Miss USA 2022 and Miss Universe 2022 titleholder from the United States. She is the 9th and oldest titleholder from the United States of America.
She was born in Houston, and she earned a bachelor’s degree in fashion design with a minor in fibers from the University of North Texas. She is now a model and an eco-friendly clothing designer.
Her first appearance in a pageant was in Miss Kemah USA 2020, where she finished in the top five.
She competed as Miss Harris County in Miss Texas USA 2021, finishing first runner-up to Victoria Hinojosa of McAllen.
She was crowned Miss Texas USA 2022 and went on to represent Texas at Miss USA 2022, where she was crowned Miss USA 2022, making her the first Miss USA of Filipino descent.
She represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2022 pageant as Miss USA 2022. She was crowned Miss Universe 2022, becoming the ninth American to do so.
Her victory also made her the first American representative to win Miss Universe since Olivia Culpo at Miss Universe 2012.

She was born in Texas to a Filipino father Remigio Bonzon “R. Bon” Gabriel and an American mother Dana Walker. She is the eldest of three siblings. Her father was born in the Philippines and raised in the capital city of Manila.
When he was 25, he moved to Washington state and went on to earn his doctorate in psychology at the University of Southern California. Her mother was born in the Texas city of Beaumont.
Per reports, her father and mother have been very supportive of her sensational and adorable modeling career.
