Ghanaian Sports Journalist, Saddick Adams, also known as Sports Obama has added his voice to the ongoing fracas between Hearts of Oak fans and Lynx Entertainment signed art iste, Kuami Eugene.

Kuami Eugene was contracted by Adonko Next Level which he serves as a brand ambassador to perform at the Accra Sports Stadium during the match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asanti Kotoko.
Well, it appears that fans of the host team, Accra Hearts of Oak have said that they will not allow the artiste to perform on the account that he is a fan of the opponent team.
In reaction to that, Saddick Adams has lambasted the fans of the host team for refusing to allow Kuami Eugene to perform.
He said that Adonko Next Level has sponsored both teams even during the Covid era and ensured prompt payment and supplies of product and they’ve asked Kuami Eugene to perform at the Stadium, the same team is willing to fight against that.
To him, these are some of the reasons huge companies shy away from investing into football.
He registered his sentiments on Facebook by saying; Adonko Next Level Sponsors both Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko. The two clubs are billed to play in the biggest game of the season.The company has been prompt with payments and product supply to the clubs even in times of covid when clubs have played in empty stadium. The company has barely enjoyed stadium activation due to the pandemic but these clubs get full amount of sponsorship share running into millions of cedis. Kuami Eugene is brand ambassador for Adonko. Company wants him to perform at the game and some Hearts fans say they’ll fight this because Kuami Eugene is a Kotoko fan. We do this today and then tomorrow complain about why corporates shy away from investing in football.
