Sharon Osbourne Parents: Meet Don Arden and Hope Shaw – Because of her success in managing her husband, Sharon Osbourne established Sharon Osbourne Management to manage other acts.

With Sharon Osbourne as its sole employee, the new company managed artists such as Gary Moore, Motörhead, Lita Ford, The Smashing Pumpkins, and Coal Chamber.

She co-managed the Cube band with Cud guitarist Mike Dunphy. Cube had a contract with Polydor Records but had limited success. She has also refused career advice from Fred Durst, Guns N’ Roses, and Courtney Love.

Osbourne rose to fame as one of the stars of MTV’s reality show The Osbournes, which followed her family’s daily lives and drew a national audience.

She is often credited with bringing her husband’s emergence from heavy metal icon to mainstream celebrity as the person who negotiated with MTV to screen the show.

The show premiered in early 2002, and when Osbourne was diagnosed with cancer in July 2002, she insisted that filming continue. On March 21, 2005, the final episode of the show aired in the United States.

Since 2003, MTV’s British affiliate has aired the show. The show gave MTV its highest ratings ever in both America and the United Kingdom.

Osbourne has openly admitted to undergoing extensive plastic surgery. She documented this in her autobiography and appeared on Dr. Phil on December 14, 2006, where she discussed everything that had been surgically changed on her body to improve her appearance.

She stated that she had a full rhytidectomy, abdominoplasty, mastopexy, and numerous other procedures, but that she would not have surgery on her eyes or lips. She admitted to having spent £300,000 on plastic surgery.

Osbourne revealed in early November 2012 that she had undergone a double mastectomy after discovering she had a gene that increased her risk of developing breast cancer.

Sharon Osbourne Parents: Meet Don Arden and Hope Shaw

Sharon Osbourne’s parents are Don Arden and Hope Shaw. Hope Shaw, her mother, was of Irish descent. Sharon Osbourne’s mother-daughter relationship was also strained.

At the age of 17, Osbourne lost her virginity and discovered she was pregnant two months later. According to her, pressure from others, particularly her mother, influenced her decision to have an abortion, which she has described as the biggest mistake of her life.

Later, while visiting her parents, her mother’s dogs attacked her, and it took some time before her mother appeared to call them off. She was pregnant at the time and later miscarried.

Hope Arden, according to a 2009 article in The Guardian, was a cold woman who became even colder after a serious car accident.

Her father, Don Arden was a music promoter and rock and roll entrepreneur. Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard, Air Supply, Small Faces, The Move, Black Sabbath, and Electric Light Orchestra were all managed by Don Arden.

Arden’s aggressive, sometimes illegal business tactics earned him the nicknames “Mr Big,” “English Godfather,” and “Al Capone of Pop” in the United Kingdom.

His success story took a turn for the worse when his violent ‘negotiating’ tactics and questionable accounting caught up with him, and he became estranged from members of his own family.
