A club in South Africa, Maritzburg United, are reportedly closing in on signing Ghana star, Sulley Muntari.
Muntari, who is 36 years, has not played competitive football in a year, but Maritzburg believe he is not finished yet.
“Muntari and Maritzburg United have reached an agreement in principle,” a close source reveals to KickOff.com
“He is landing in South Africa to finalise the deal with Maritzburg United. He could be unveiled this week depending on his signature.”
Muntari is a Champions League winner, having played for top clubs such as Inter Milan and AC Milan.
