A video of a young Ghanaian school girl crying uncontrollably when she was asked by her teacher to touch a computer mouse has lit the internet, with social media users giving varied interpretations.
Whilst some have blamed the teaching method of the teacher (saying she did not explain the lesson comprehensively), others believe the lack of logistics for the teaching of ICT in remote areas (politicians take the blame herein), is the cause.
