Boxing promoter, Eddie Hearn has said the date and venue for the highly anticipated match between Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will be made known in the coming week.

“I think end of next week it will be done,” he said while speaking at an interview about the highly anticipated match. Recall Eddie has been quoted in several interviews saying all contracts have been signed and documented except the venue and date.

With him saying next week, fans are trusting him to name the venue so they could make preparations for the event.

“The world tour is going well but I’m not answering any questions on that and I won’t tell you where I’ve been,”

“But talks have progressed extremely well and we’re closing in on securing the venue and there will be an announcement in due course. We’re at the stage where it’s probably best not to say much more than that.”

Fury on the other hand surprised his fans on ‘Good Friday’ when he shared a video of himself carrying a cross through the street as a sign of him celebrating the death of Jesus Christ on Easter.
