Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo gifted each teammate a cigar at the locker room after they won the 2020/21 NBA season championship.

Smoking cigars after winning the NBA Championship has now become a kind of tradition or norm in the NBA community among players and coaching staff after the legendary Michael Jordan did it on several occasions after winning all his 6 NBA titles in the 90s.

Recall LeBron ‘King’ James after winning his fourth NBA title with the Los Angeles Lakers last season after beating the Miami Heat in six games series stormed the post-match conference of the last game with a cigar in his mouth. Of course, he received a lot of backlash from the media and the general public for that act.

Well, Giannis (The Greek Freak) after winning his first NBA title decided to share among his teammates and coaching staff cigars to commemorate their success. Watch the video below;

The Nigerian-born Greek led his team to win their first NBA title by dropping 50 points, 14 rebounds, and 5 blocks to lead Milwaukee to a 105-98 victory over the visiting Phoenix Suns in Game 6 after the Phoenix Suns won Game 1 and Game 2 on their home court. He won the Most Valuable Player at the NBA Finals.
