Ghana Black Stars suffered their first defeat in 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers as they were beaten 1-0 by Sudan on Tuesday.
Sudan ranked 128th in the world, 80 places below Ghana, won thanks to a late goal by Mohammed Abdel Rahman.
With the game heading for a goalless draw, Rahman sent a well-controlled header into the net after he met a perfect cross from the right flank.
