A video has been widely shared on social media that captures the moment a woman was being robbed by an armed robber in the middle of the night by the roadside.

In the video, the lady was walking to her destination when the suspected armed robber parked his motorcycle in front of her and attacked her, attempting to steal her bag and other items she had on her.
The suspected armed robber managed to subdue t he woman and tried absconding with the items he forcefully claimed from her.
The lady stood up and started screaming to draw the attention of the neighbors in the vicinity. She also tried holding on to the robber until the residents arrive at the scene.
Since all her efforts to also subdue the robber failed, she refused to let go of him and jumped on his motorcycle with him as the robber rode and fled the scene before the residents arrived at the scene.
