Black Stars midfielder, Daniel Kofi Kyereh has reacted to the shocking elimination of Ghana from the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroon.
It could be recalled that the Black Stars failed to win even one of their three group stage matches and one of the shocking things that happened was the defeat to debutants, Comoros Island.

Many Ghanaians have shared their thoughts about the performance and joining the tall list of individuals who have reacted, Kofi Kyereh stated that they have disappointed Ghana as well as everyone who believed in the team.
He made this known in a recent post he made on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Instagram.
The post he made reads;
“There is no excuse for our performance in this tournament, we have disappointed our country and the people who believed in us. There is no time to talk much but time to show that we will do it better in the future.
I believe where one door closes, another one opens.
So we have to keep moving and trust God‘s plan.
This is the beginning of a new chapter ..”
