The government of Ghana has revealed its plans to build an Olympic Sports Stadium for Ghana, as this was revealed by the Sports Minister during a recent encounter with the press.
The Minister for Youth and Sports, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah during his meet the press conference on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, indicated that his government is considering building an Olympic sports stadium in Ghana.
During the press conference, the minister said ;
“We may build an Olympic Sports Stadium for Ghana. What we are considering is a 105 acre land at Borteyman which we want to use for the construction for the Olympic Sports Stadium with all facilities.:
He also indicated that nine of the youth and sports resource centers across the country are under construction.
