Who is Will Ashcroft?
His parents gave birth to him on 6th May 2004, in Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
For his basic and formal education, he enrolled at All Saints Anglican School.
When he was very young along the Gold Coast, Ashcroft participated in a range of sports and was chosen to represent Queensland in both swimming and athletics before settling on Australian rules football.
He began playing junior football at an early age, and the Gold Coast Suns chose him to be a part of their academy system at the age of ten.
Ashcroft has acknowledged that Touk Miller and Gary Ablett Jr. were the main influences on his own practice philosophy. He moved teams at the age of eleven, joining Southport in the under-14 Gold Coast AFL division.
A few years down the line, at the 2018 U15 AFL National Championships, he played for Queensland and won All-Australian recognizes as a bottom-ager.
