Few weeks after his Gunna-assisted energetic performance at this year’s BET Hip Hop Awards, American rapper, Young Thug finally releases his hugely-awaited album; “Punk”.
The 20-track project is his second major release in 2021, following “Slime Language 2”. “Punk” album features Gunna, J. Cole, Future, Drake, Travis Scott, Doja Cat, Nate Ruess, the late Mac Miller and more.
The newly released collective happens to be Young Thug’s second studio album after the blessing the music community with “So Much Fun”, his debut album which was released in 2019.
‘Punk’ album was was released through YSL Records and 300 Entertainment. Young Thug, born Jeffery Lamar Williams is considered as an influential figure of his generation, with his music impacting the modern sound of hip hop and trap music.
Young Thug is also known for his eccentric vocal style and fashion. He has been nominated for several music awards and has equally won many including the prestigious Grammy Awards.
