After 3 months of the shooting and killing of Dallas rapper MO3, a 22-year-old old man has formerly been indicted for the incident.

The man identify as Kewon Dontrell White was indicted by a Dallas County grand jurors fro the shooting and killing of rapper MO3 whose real name is Melvin A. Noble in last November.

Reports back in November revealed Noble, 28, was gunned down in the middle of the day on Interstate 35E in Oak Cliff near the Dallas Zoo when he abandoned his car and decided to flee on foot. White allegedly chased down the rapper and shot him several times.

White was arrested nearly 3 weeks after the shooting and was charged with the possession of unlawful firearm by a convicted felony. He is in the custody of the FBI and awaiting trial in April and faces a possible 10 years imprisonment sentence.
