Emmanuel Noi, 64, and accomplice Christopher Nii William Offei, 49, were arrested at a Circle cell phone shop on tiptoe in an attempt to steal a phone after conducting similar operations at Spintex.
Christopher William Nii Offei struck up a conversation with the store manager to distract him while the other suspect tried to steal an iPhone, but luck slipped away when the store owner, Collins Dwamena, suddenly appeared and they were arrested and taken to the Tesano police station.

The author stated that he was able to identify them from CCTV footage circulated some time ago that captured the suspects using the same modus operandi to steal a laptop from a Spintex store.
Following his arrest, a Theresah Afful manager from the Franco Trading Osu branch arrived at the station and reported that in September 2020, the same men were captured on their CCTV footage stealing a Gh2-valued HP laptop, 700.
The two suspects are in police custody assisting with investigations.
