American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine, has been released from jail due to his health and the outbreak of the ruthless coronavirus in the correctional facility where he was kept.

Recall Ghgossip.com earlier reported that the rapper’s attorney had submitted a request to release the rapper who has a serious underlying illness which puts him at a high risk and possible death when he contracts the virus. On thursday afternoon, Judge Paul A. Engelmayer released the rapper from prison and placed him under house arrest.

“He’s out and he’s very happy to be released,” his defense attorney, Lance Lazzaro, said. 6ix9ine will spend the rest of his jail term at an undisclosed location under strict supervision, which will be monitored by a GPS tracker. The rapper has no right to go out unless he seeks medical attention would want to talk to his attorney.
