A Plus Canvasses For Support To Purchase Two Ambulances

Ghanaian musician cum politician, Kwame A Plus has pleaded with well meaning Ghanaians to help him purchase two ambulances to be placed on the motorway in order to attend to emergency situations.

As it has been observed, there has been lot of carnage on the motorway with several lives lost because of the delay in conveying some of the casualties to the hospital on time.

For this reason, A-Plus wants the situation to be curtailed through the purchase of ambulances which can be placed there to avert further lost of lives.

He wrote:

“Over the years, we the Ghana National Association of talkativeness and the Comment Readers Association of Ghana have together, through social media helped a lot of needy people.

Sometimes I look back at the list of people we have helped and feel very proud. Honestly you guys have done very well. From our sister in Mampong who lost her family in a fire outbreak to Prince, our little brother who was run over by a drunk driver, to Jaga Pee who needed a surgery to the widow whose children shared one school uniform in Adansi Fumso and the very recent one being the money we raised for a 9 year old boy suffering from hole in heart to get a surgery.

Some of you contributes as little as 1 Ghana Cedis. Those were the one that brought tears to my eyes.

I remember when we were asking for donations to help Prince get a surgery and a new prostatic leg a lady sent me this message on Facebook. “Dear Kwame. I don’t have much. My last money in my wallet is 5 Ghana Cedis. I will send you 2ghc and use the 3ghc to buy credit.”

I’m sure most of you don’t even remember that you contributed to save a life or put a smile on the face of somebody you don’t know and may never meet in life. Charley you guys have done good. Your cup will overflow with goodies.

You’ll never lack in this life. I want to say a big thank you to GhanaWeb for the support they give anytime we come out to ask for donations. I will also like to say a big thank you to Ghanacelebrities. These two media house have been with us every step of the way.

Now I want us to do something very big. Let’s come together and buy 2 ambulances and donate it to the national road safety commission to be put on both sides of the motorway. We don’t just talk and comment. We have done a lot. Let’s do it again. We can start with the motorway and progressively move to other highways. What do you guys think? Let me know if you are in. Nana Addo is a good man…. I have no doubt in my mind. Let’s help him and his government succeed.
