  • Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology: the requirements or cut-off points are; credits in the three WASSCE core subjects (English, Mathematics, and Integrated Science) as well as credits in three WASSCE elective subjects. An aggregate of 24 or better is expected. Grades D7, E8 and F9 are strictly unacceptable. To qualify for admission into the programme, candidates must possess Credit passes (C6 for WASSCE and D for SSCE) in the 3 Core subjects (English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science/Social Studies) and 3 Elective subjects.
  • College of Tropical Agriculture (COTA/KITA): You can find this school in Kumasi. It is a non-profit, non-governmental institution that provides vocational technical training, extension and general consultancy for tropical agriculture. They have five main departments; Tropical Plants and Soils, Animal Science, Agribusiness and Extension, Agricultural Engineering, and Department of Professional Studies. They offer both diploma and degree programmes.
