Ghanaian investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas has asked authorities to protect his colleague’s journalists who have somehow received death threats due to their job.

The investigative journalist said in a press statement issued by Tiger Eye P.I that the act of threat is barbaric and should be condemned.
The statement came up following threats on some journalists and he listed them which includes, “Manasseh Azure, Afia Pokua, Captain Smart, Edward Adeti and many others.

He explained it’s terrible to practice journalism under such conditions and it’s dangerous when nothing is done after threats are spewed.
