Maverick politician and the member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram Constituency, Hon. Sam George has reacted to reports that Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky is paying a visit to Ghana in a few days time.
Bobrisky had announced on his Instagram page that he will be landing in Ghana soon as he shared a flyer showing his picture and the colors of the Ghana flag.
He captioned his post, “See you all soon”.
A man identified as Barnabas Nii Laryea on Facebook who learned about Bobrisky’s plan tagged Sam George, a fierce anti-LGBTQ campaigner inquiring from him if he is aware of the crossdresser’s visit to Ghana.
Barnabas Nii Laryea wrote, “Dear Sam, I have heard that Bobrisky wants to visit Ghana and he is an influencer. If we can remove signboards, that means we can also stop planes from landing”
Responding to the concerned Ghanaian man, Sam George indicated that Bobrisky’s visit to Ghana is not problem for him because Ghana is a hospitable nation, however, Bobrisky must adhere to the laws of the country.
He commented, “Barnabas, we are a hospitable people, however, you must respect our laws, culture, and norms whilst here. When he gets here, he should endeavor to comply. O for Oshe bhaddest”.
