Michelle Obama is basking in the glow of her birthday celebrations! On Sunday, former First Lady Michelle Obama turned 58, and her adoring husband, former President Barack Obama, paid her a moving tribute.
On Sunday, Barack turned to social media to share an incredibly nice throwback photo with a statement about how much she means to him.
The famous couple married in October 1992 and have two children, Malia, 22, and Sasha, 19, respectively.
Sharing a loved up photo of himself and his beautiful wife, the former President wrote;
Happy birthday, Michelle. My love, my partner, my best friend…
In other news, Megan Fox, a Hollywood actress, and Machine Gun Kelly, a rapper, have announced their engagement after dating for almost a year.
The actress shared a video of herself with the rapper on his knees when he proposed on her Instagram page on Thursday.
She wrote, “In July of 2020 we sat under this Banyan tree. We asked for magic,” she wrote, “We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time.
“Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma.
“Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him.”
The proposal ended with a twist, according to her, as they drank each other’s blood after she said yes.
“And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes. And then we drank each other’s blood,” she wrote in the caption.
On his Instagram feed, Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, also posted a close-up photo of the unusual engagement ring.
“’Yes, in this life and every life.’ Beneath the same branches we fell in love under, I brought her back to ask her to marry me. I know the tradition is one ring, but I designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul, forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022,” he captioned the picture.
