Former US first lady, Michelle Obama has announced the sad news about the death of their dog, Bo yesterday.
The devastated wife of ex-American president, Barack Obama revealed that Bo died after battling cancer for some time and exclaimed that the entire Obama family is still struggling to come to terms with the loss.
Taking to her Twitter page, Michelle Obama expressed gratitude to sympathizers for showing their departed dog love over the years he has been with the family.
Sharing a photo of their dog, she wrote;
This afternoon was a difficult one for our family. We said goodbye to our best friend—Bo—after a battle with cancer. We are grateful for the love you showed him over the years. Please hug the furry members of your family a little closer tonight—and give them a belly rub from us.
