BBNaija: “Let’s Stop This Display, Kissing And Sitting On My Laps”

Groovy, a housemate on Big Brother Naija’s seventh season, has begged his lover Phyna to stop their incessant public displays of affection within the house.

Remember how many times Groovy and Phyna have been caught making out since Beauty was kicked out of the house?

The two recently had a heart-to-heart talk in which Groovy pleaded with Phyna to lessen her attempts to sit on his lap and kiss him.

In his words:

“We need to reduce our public display of affection. Let’s stop this display, the kissing and you trying to sit on my laps.”

He said something that hurt Phyna, and she implied that he only said it because he doesn’t like her.

Groovy made an effort to console her, informing her that stronger feelings develop over time. She was also warned not to criticize him only because he forbade kissing or sitting on his laps.

In his words:
“You believe I don’t like you because of that, no. You actually believe I don’t like you. Do you think other people believe the same thing? You don’t know. I am happy for the first time you aren’t concerned about what other people think. I like you for real and the more time I spend with you, the more the feelings will grow. But you can’t judge me not liking you because I asked you not to kiss me or sit on my laps.”
