It’s now official! The evergreen group, Praye is back for good and the evidence was the epic performance they put up together at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMAs).

To cap it all, experienced music manager, Kiki Banson of EKB Records will be in charge of the famous group.  Choirmaster aka Praye Honeho, told Citi FM’s Kwame Dadzie on Celebrity Radar that the group is back for good.

He said:

“We’ve resolved our issues. There is no confusion anymore. We are ready to play as a group and I have always said that when there is that opportunity to perform with my former group, I don’t see anything wrong with that. I know there are a lot of opportunities to follow what we did at the VGMAs.

When asked who initiated the reunion he mentioned Kiki Banson, former manager of Becca.

“My manager, the manager of the other team in addition to Kiki Banson who is fronting the whole thing, have really helped in making this happen,” he noted

“For now, we are working with Kiki Banson, Jerry Bonsu and another person. They are three,” Choirmaster added.

Praye used to be one of the most formidable music groups in Ghana with multiple hits and awards to their credit until they split four years ago amidst power struggle.

They subsequently threw jabs at each other through interviews and diss songs until two of the members decided to bury the hatchet and come together.

However, Choirmaster refused to join the group saying he was better off as a solo artiste. So it became a huge surprise when they reunited on the VGMAs stage which sent their numerous fans into cloud nine.
