Ghanaian musician, Akwaboah has rubbished claims that he got to where he is musically because his career was financed by a woman.
According to him, no lady has ever given him money to invest in his career adding that the lady who came out to make such claims some time ago is his daughter’s mother.

He made this known when he appeared in a recent interview on Hitz FM when he spoke to Andy Dosty on Monday morning.
In his submission, he said;
“Before God and Man, I haven’t taken any woman’s money before. As in money she is investing in my career before. This woman was my daughter’s mother.
The said woman has never sent any money to me. She has never contributed to my career financially.
Whether my daughter’s mother cursed me and my family or not, I am still cool with her.”
In the same interview, he also revealed the career he would have taken if he wasn’t doing music. According to him, he would have become a medical doctor.
He said;
“If not for music, I would have been a doctor but I hate Mathematics.”
