Bisa Kdie was obviously right when he said his songs enjoy wide patronage outside Ghana than what he experiences in the country.
Recently a remake of his Asew song was recruited by Netflix for the Christmas family movie ‘Jingle Jangle which helped pushed his brand beyond the frontiers of the country in a way he never envisaged.
The Highlife genre specialist recently told NY DJ that no Ghanaian artiste comes close to him with regards to music appeal outside the shores of Ghana. Elaborating on why he thinks his music is the most patronized outside Ghana despite the huge impact other artists are making, the ‘Mansa’ hitmaker stated;
“I’ve played sold-out concerts all over the world. I mean I appeal to both young and the old, the rich and the poor, the kids, everybody… The calls and requests for shows all over the world keep coming. Everybody loves Bisa KDei; I have the best audience..”
He also shed light on a performance he had at a private wedding ceremony held at the Golden Tulip in Kumasi days earlier, “I love the way the connection was there. It was just amazing. You know my music is the most patronized so I’m not really surprised at the reception,” he said during the interview.
In this new development, BBNaija star Alex could not resist his song ‘Jw3’ as she did justice to it by showing her dance moves in a new video we sighted.
Alex, who reportedly left social media for a while as a result of being under the weather decided to shake off her wahala with the song as captured below;
