The founder of God’s Way International Bishop Daniel Obinim has been granted a bail of 100,000 after he was arrested by the police.
In a statement signed by the Deputy Superintendent of the public affairs of the CID Ms Juliana Obeng states that, the man of God has been charged with offence of publication of false news and Forgery of documents contrary to section 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, 1960 (ACT 29).

Bishop Daniel Obinim was arrested on a warrant of arrest issued by the court. He has been charged with the offences of publication of false news and forgery of document contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, 1960 (ACT 29) respectively.”
The statement also states that the man of God is under investigation.
