M.anifest has joined a host of Ghanaian and Nigerian artistes heaping praises on Black Sherif after he became the first Ghanaian artiste to occupy the first position of Apple Music’s top 100 Nigerian songs on April 3.

M.anifest who is regarded as one of the finest rappers on the continent shared the screenshot of the chart on his Twitter account and added this caption, “Kwaku the traveler. Blacko the boundary breaker. 🏆🎯”

In the same vein, Hammer of the Last Two fame still can’t have enough of Black Sherif’s talent and has spoken highly of him once again in a new interview shortly after he dropped his trending song, ‘Kwaku The Traveller.’

Speaking in an interview with Giovanni Caleb on Showbiz 360, the producer said that although he recently said he has lost interest in beat production, he’s tempted to rescind his decision because of Black Sherif.

“I’m not done. I’ll go back to the studio. I’m inspired. I spoke to Blacko and told him, that if I’ll ever go back to the studio, it will be because of him.” Hammer said.

As regards Black Sherif who he promoted on his social media pages before he rose to superstardom, Hammer has this to say;

He is a master of melodies. It’s very rare for artists to be playing with notes. The notes he hits when singing are very emotional notes and if he decides to learn the guitar he will be a master at it. I will implore him to learn how to play the guitar at once because he has what it takes…

Asked why he’s stayed off music production, Hammer revealed he was ‘bored’ and wanted to explore new opportunities.

I got bored. I had done so much and I wanted something new. I wanted a new challenge. I wanted a new milestone to conquer, and so the bread was just a new venture I wanted to try.
