Outspoken Ghanaian media personality, Abubakar Ahmed, affectionately known as a Blakk Rasta has ofiicially joined Media General.

This comes shortly after Blakk Rasta resigned from his former workplace, Zylofon FM owned by the Ghanaian business mogul, Nana Appiah Mensah well known as NAM1.

Per the report filed by GhanaWaeekend, the singer cum radio presenter made his intentions known during a live show on Wednesday, 29th December. He stated that Friday 31st December will be his last time hosting a show on Zylofon FM.

Blakk Rasta says he will use the remaining of his day to venture into other businesses. However, Blakk Rasta expressed his profound gratitude to his colleagues, listeners, and boss, NAM1 for making his stay at Zylofon a fruitful one.

Well, news sighted on social media revealed that Blakk Rasta has been officially recruited by Media General as their newest presenter.

In other news, well-known showbiz personality, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson who is also known as Bullgod has once again dragged the Akufo Addo-led government over their ill-governance and incompetence.

Speaking in an interview with Hitz FM’s Doreen Avio on the Daybreak Hitz morning show, Bullgod who has always been a sympathizer of the NDC party that the NPP government administered by H.E Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo aims at making people live in poverty in the country.

He said that the government keeps doing everything within its power to ensure that every citizen in the country faces hardships and lives in poverty. He added that even the prices of internet data has skyrocketed and most people are suffering because of that.

“The government of Ghana is making sure that everyone living in the country is poor. Your internet data is like the sky“, he said.

He also said that most young musicians are refusing to join the Musicians Union of Ghana(MUSIGA) because most of them are struggling with their own lives and their music careers as well.

“Young guys are not joining MUSIGA because they are hot, making it on the street and stuff. They only have the older people there because nothing is happening to them“, he added.
