Ghanaian singer, Janet Awidor, well known as Efya has asked her colleagues not to release any feature she did for them three years ago.

According to her, she has now changed her music style which has had an effect on her lyrics and kind of tunes, hence she needs to be contracted for new features which she believes will make hits in the country.

She wrote; PS:..!! If I did a verse for u n it’s past 3 years .!! PLS DONT DROP THAT SONG ..!! I AM DEFINITELY NOT the same person ..musically.. sonically..lyrically .kraaaa ma sesa..so do the right thing .. n come for the better verse from the NOW ME …or u n heaven go clear the song

In reaction to that, Bullgod, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, and Kwame A-Plus during the United Showbiz on UTV chided the songstress over her statement, saying it was an unfair post.

They contended that Efya either refunds all the money she took from the musicians she did features for three years ago that the songs have not been released yet or, records new verses for each and every one of them since she claims she has changed her music style.

However, they believe that Efya has no right to halt any song release of any artiste she did features for three years ago because she has been paid for those verses, thus has no right to tell them the time they need to release the song.
