Young Ghanaian musician, Larruso has labeled Nigerian musician, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu who is widely known as Burna Boy as his inspiration when it comes to music.

Born Ridwan Abdul Rafiu, Larruso made this known during a recent interview he had on the popular Ghanaian radio station, Hitz FM.

In his submission, he said;

“One of my biggest moments was when DJ Khaled endorsed me. Things were hard at the beginning of my career.

My family is heavily in support of my music. My father advised me to do Afro beats music. Burna Boy nspires me to be better. He started off with Dancehall music but he wasn’t getting the attention. His situation relates to me in a way.”

In other news, Ghanaian media personality, Nana Aba Anamoah has hailed Ghanaian actor, Prince David Osei and this comes after he shared his candid and honest opinion about things happening in the country despite being one of the popular actors who campaigned for the NPP during the 2016 and 2020 elections.

In a recent post that the actor made on his personal social media handle on the popular social media platform, Twitter, he wrote;

“Misplaced priorities, self-glory, greed and insensitivity towards the plight of the citizenry. We can’t pay government workers, and staff, working tirelessly 24/7 yet we have 25,000,000 for a cathedral in this perilous time of our economy.”

Reacting to the post, Nana Aba said;

“I have so much respect for such level of honesty. The fact that he campaigned publicly for this administration doesn’t mean he agrees with insensitive decisions.

Integrity is a principle that never fails.

Cheers, Prince David.”
