Astute Ghanaian journalist, Blessed Godsbrain Smart who is known as Captain Smart has been hit by sad news within his quarters that has shattered him to the core.
He announced his sister’s death on his Facebook page on Sunday, November 28th, 2021 and it could be inferred that the journalist has been devastated by the sad passing of his beloved younger sister.
Captain Smart claimed that he and his late sister established a plan to care for their mother until she is 100 years old, and that had planned to rather bury her together.
Captain Smart shared a couple of images of the young girl who died at the age of 28 and is described as “gorgeous” by all accounts.
Captain Smart wrote:
“MY DEAR LOVELY SISTER. I THOUGHT WE PLANNED TO TAKE CARE OF MOM TILL SHE’S 100 AND BURY HER TOGETHER. WHY HAVE YOU LEFT ALL THIS LOAD TO ME ALONE. MY HEART IS BROKEN. WHY SO SOON WITHOUT A NOTICE. SISTER I LOVE YOU AND YOU WILL FOREVER REMAIN IN MY HEART TILL WE MEET AGAIN. SAY HELLO TO GRANNY FOR ME. OMG JUST 28. DAMIRIFA DUE. NANA DUE DUE DUE”
In other news, US-based Ghanaian artist and pastor, Sonnie Badu has praised Ghanaian comedian Aka benezer, also known as Dr Likee, after the comedian praised him in one of his comedy videos.
Dr. Likee has been bringing smiles to the cheeks of Ghanaians who have lost interest in Kumawood films in one manner or another.
Dr. Likee is heard shouting praises of the Gospel artist in a comedy skit released by Sonnie Badu on his own Instagram page, prompting Sonnie Badu to appreciate him.
In response to the video, he pledged to have supper with the comedian whenever he visits Ghana as a way of thanking him for his support.
