On-Air-Personality, Caroline Sampson has opened up on her first pregnancy and the experiences as a single mother.
Caroline Sampson, while sharing the story of her first pregnancy and life being a single mother disclosed that she is still in utmost shock at how she got pregnant even after taking post-pills after having unprotected sex.

The single mother of one stated that it was the first ti me a contraceptive pill had failed her. Speaking in an interview on Asaase Radio with Naa Ashokor, Caroline said she was in her trimester when she realized she was pregnant.
“I was actually shocked not because I don’t know what happens when you have unprotected sex. After having unprotected sex, I took a precaution and that was the pill. It wasn’t the first time I was taking it and it has not failed me before. I’ve never been pregnant so it was shocking o know that I was three months pregnant and I didn’t know”.
Speaking about how she catered for her child and the child’s father, Caroline disclosed that the father of the child suggested an abortion and since then left her to her fate.

“The person I was pregnant or had even left me so even calling him back to inform him was a problem, Although at that time he loved kids and there were times he brought it up, he was facing financial challenges, and though it would not be a good time. I insisted that I would keep it and he said I was on my own. I’ve been on my own for the past 11-years.
