Ghanaian musician, Theophilus Tagoe who is known as Castro is set to be declared dead today.

It could be recalled that Castro and his friend, Janet went missing after they went jet skiing at the Ada Estuary.

The incident happened seven years ago and per the laws of Ghana, anyone who goes missing for seven years should be declared dead. It is from this that the Ghana Police and the relevant authorities will be declaring him dead.
