I often struggle to describe Mrs Charlotte Osei, the former Electoral Commissioner of Ghana relative her physical anatomy.
She’s an epitome of beauty and intelligence but there’s something beyond these superlatives that I cannot FIGURE out.
It’s also hard to believe she’s actually 50-years and possess this kind of charm.
