American singer and dancer, Christopher Maurice Brown, well known as Chris Brown has been sued for an amount of $20 million over rape allegations.

According to reports filed by TMZ, the songwriter is being accused of raping a woman in late 2020 outside Diddy’s Star Island home. The supposed victim, Jane Doe narrated that she was speaking to a friend via FaceTime when Brown grabbed the friend’s phone and told her to come to Miami immediately.

The writ filed against the 32-year-old singer states the lady who portrays herself as a show, choreographer, and melodic craftsman arrived on the property on Dec. 20 and met Brown on a yacht stopped at Diddy’s residence. 

Shortly after she boarded the yacht, Brown supposedly inquired her in case she needed a drink. The complaint states she acknowledged the offer and took after the artist into the yacht’s kitchen range, where she was given a “blended drink.”

Jane Doe claims to have experienced an unexplained change in consciousness after she was given a refill while she was talking to the singer. The victim claims to have fallen asleep and was physically unstable after a while which Chris Brown took her to the bedroom.

She claims that the singer removed her bathing robe and started kissing her and even though she pleaded with him to stop, he ignored her plea and proceeded to rape her. She claims the singer ejaculated in her, stood up, and told her he was done.

Jane Doe further stated that Chris Brown reached out to her the next morning and demanded she take a contraceptive pill and she did as she was told to do and never uttered a word about the incident.

Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, the legal team of the victim said the lady was embarrassed about the occurrence, hence she did not report it to the police, Jane Doe is not seeking $20 million damages over the emotional stress caused by the alleged attack.
