Ghanaian musician, Criss Waddle has finally opened up on the genesis of his never-ending banter with his former protege, Showboy.

Speaking in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM, Criss Waddle stated that Showboy had reached out to him to spoil himself with an expensive chain as a birthday gift but he suggested a brilliant idea.
According to Criss Waddle, he advised Showboy to use the money he wants to spend on the chain to purchase a building for himself in Ghana since he has none to boast of. He then assisted him in making inquiries about the property as well as ensuring they follow the right process in acquiring the property.
In the process of getting the building, Showboy who suspected a foul play compelled Criss Waddle to make sure he gets the building before the celebration of his birthday because he had wanted to get images of the house and flaunt them on social media.
However, due to the processes, they schemed in getting the property, Waddle presumed that the property might not be ready before Showboy’s birthday but the latter forcefully compelled him to make it happen before his birthday.
Criss Waddle then denounced the idea of getting him the house since Showboy’s only aim was to flaunt the property on social media and not with the mindset of investing in his future. Even though this generated a scuffle between them, Waddle revealed that he still loves Showboy as a brother despite his unnecessary rants.
