Joe Fraizer was part of the old artists who built the foundations of the music industry especially the rap genre with their songs. He has been in the music industry for over two decades but is currently not active as he was in the 90s.

“Which artist is that, can mean either which artist made this terrible song or which artist made this great piece of music”, he explained when asked if all artists have wack songs as he described them.
