Jeshurun Okyere, a gospel artiste and VGMA nominee has opined that Daasebre Dwamena should have been given a state burial looking at how much he has contributed to the Ghana music industry and I could not agree even more.
Speaking on the Zone on Starr FM , he said:
“… If we gave this man a good befitting burial, a State burial with all the musician that were going to come all that hype will come to the family.
“The best thing you can have after entertaining people the whole of your life is to be respected when you leave the earth.
Most of these guys go through a lot, but they have to come to the studio and make us happy when they are not happy themselves. The least we can do is to celebrate them when they are gone”.
