Singer and record label owner DBlack reacting to a video of Davido hailing Nigerians saying they never joke with them said it would be nice and beautiful if Ghanaian artists to say similar.
Davido in his interview with Noah Trevo eulogized Nigerians for their support as he talks about how he sold so many shows out with their support saying he doesn’t know what and how to explain it but the fact is Nigerians don’t joke with their artists at all and they support them all the way.
DBlack reacting to that said it’d be nice and beautiful for a Ghanaian artist to say something similar but alas some say they don’t owe Ghanaian artists anything and that is why most people don’t support Ghanaian artists like the Nigerians support and promote their artists all the way up without complaining.
According to DBlack, he hopes the customers of Nigerian artists feel the same way in their daily endeavors and chosen career paths saying Ghanaian artists shall still shine with the ones that support them and believe in them.

The support Ghanaians have for their artists and the support Nigerians give their artists is not the same as the gap between the two is so wide and that explains why most of the Nigerian artists are breaking through so easily but our artists aren’t no matter how hard they try.
It’d be nice & beautiful for a Ghanaian artist to say similar but alas some say they don’t owe the Ghanaian artist anything . I hope their customers feel the same way in their daily endeavors & chosen career paths. We shall still shine with the ones that support & believe
