Ace Ghanaian Highlife singer, Kofi Nti has explained what led to the divorce between him and his former wife.

According to the singer, divorcing his wife after 10 years of marriage with three kids has really helped him in the sense that he is not able to embark on all his moves without any interruptions.
Speaking in an interview with Zi onfelix on the “Uncut” show, Kofi Nti revealed that his separation from his former wife who is currently in the United Kingdom has been one of his best decisions but in a way he wished that had not happened.
He explained that with his kind of business, he has come to notice that when one is too attached to his or her family, it hinders him from going the extra mile in whatever he wants to do.
However, he stated that he is in a good cordial relationship with his former wife and they are both co-parenting their kids very well. He also said his kids are with his in laws but he always gets access to them when he wants to see them.

In other news, Ghanaian songstress, Jackeline Acheampong, popularly known as Gyakie has recounted how she used to perform songs for her mother’s friends when they pay them a visit.
According to Gyakie, she believes her mother saw the future in her that’s why she always made her perform for her friends when they come around.
In a tweet, Gyakie revealed she was just a primary school student by then and had no idea the talent she possesses but her mother did.
Apparently, things are starting to make sense to Gyakie after her talent made her one of the famous and young shining stars in the Ghana music industry.
