Stanbic Bank has published details about a case they are working on with one of their customers, however Kwame Asare Obeng does not agree with way the bank is treating the situation. According to the b ank, the case dates back to 2019, is still live, and the police have begun an inquiry into it.

However, Kwame A Plus is perplexed as to why this issue is still being investigated because the bank, Stanbic Bank, has already paid the consumer a compensation fee of Ghs 1000.

According to him, someone paid 1000 Ghana as compensation. Why was that offer made, if you knew he was been Investigated for a crime?”
