Ghanaian rapper, Denning Edem Hotor, widely known as Edem has recounted some of the good memories he shared with his colleague Sarkodie before he called him out on Twitter.

Speaking in an interview with Zionfelix on the Uncut show, Edem stated that Sarkodie has been a brother from the scratch of his music career and would always be his brother no matter what happens between them.
He recounted that Sarkodie has made some sacrifices for him in the past and he has also made some sacrifices for him because they were both nurtured from the same label and the same producer, Hammer.
Edem recounted how Sarkodie came through to perform at his father-in-law’s birthday party years back even though he was suffering from malaria. He said that Sarkodie arrived at the party shivering in the car but he still managed to perform at the party just so as not to disappoint his brother.
Edem on the other hand also thrilled Sarkodie’s Rapperholic concert right after he came out from the Korle-Bu Teaching hospital after his daughter swallowed an office pin and was admitted to the facility. He said that he had promised to show up at the show and he couldn’t disappoint Sarkodie, hence he showed up at the concert and delivered his performance as promised.
However, Edem mentioned that he will always correct Sarkodie and berate him when necessary especially when he does something wrong but he still sees him as a brother.
